Talk With a Lockeford Real Estate Agent by Phone

The phone is how you reach us. You tell us what is going on with the property, we ask a few plain questions, and we lay out the next steps. After that, we can meet by phone, video, or at our office.

How the First Call Goes

We start by listening. Maybe you need to sell, maybe you inherited a place, or maybe a divorce means the house has to go. We ask what kind of place it is, whose names are on the deed, and how soon things need to happen. Then we tell you what we would do and what we would not. If one of our services, like home selling, probate help, or home buying help, fits your situation, we say so. If it does not, we say that too.

We keep things safe from the first call. We never ask for bank account numbers or Social Security numbers over the phone. Nobody visits the property unless you have set the time and know who is coming. When papers need signing, we go over each page with you first, by video or in person, so nothing gets signed in a rush.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. Have the property address and a rough idea of its age and condition.
  2. Know whose names are on the title, or have the deed handy if you are not sure.
  3. If it is an estate or a divorce, have any court case number or attorney contact nearby.
  4. Think about when you would like to be moved out or moved in.
